Year after year, Sainte-Justine’s Tree of Lights makes life brighter for the children and families who have to spend the holidays in the hospital. It stands as a majestic tribute to the love and generosity of our entire community, with each twinkling beacon of hope bringing comfort, joy and a touch of magic.
WHAT YOUR DONATIONS DO
Giving the best to our children
Since 2008, Quebecers have been actively contributing to the success of the Foundation’s mission of excellence by making hundreds of thousands of lights shine on Sainte-Justine’s Tree of Lights, in exchange for a donation of $5 apiece. Thanks to the community’s unconditional support, Sainte-Justine can continue to find innovative ways to make a difference in the lives of children and families from across the province.
More than $10 million has been collected over the past 14 years to help advance pediatric medicine, now and in the future. In addition, donations from METRO customers provide ongoing support to Sainte-Justine’s Social Services through the METRO Sainte-Justine Family Assistance Fund.

The Sainte-Justine Tree of Lights campaign brings thousands of generous people together to form a heartwarming chain of caring. Year after year, the CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation’s loyal donors are joined by listeners of Rythme, our partner from day one and the driving force behind the campaign, as well as customers of Metro supermarkets, our main partner since 2014.
